President Donald Trump yesterday denied responsibility for a spike in people misusing disinfectants.
"I can't imagine why," Trump said, when asked about the increase in people ingesting disinfectants.
Trump last week wondered aloud about the possibility of injecting disinfectants to treat COVID-19.
Government officials and disinfectant manufacturers have since issued warnings not to ingest the products.
