President Donald Trump is calling for a 15% global tariff after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down many of his administration's tariffs on Feb. 20.
Trump said he plans to roll out the 15% tariff "based on a thorough, detailed and complete review of the ridiculous, poorly written and extraordinarily anti-American decision on tariffs issued" by the Supreme Court.
Trump plans to use a different legal authority than what was struck down by the Supreme Court, rather than work with Congress on tariffs.
