The Trump administration has refunded roughly $100 billion in scrapped tariff funds, according to a court filing.
The tariffs were made under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act before the Supreme Court shut down that method in February.
The refunded tariffs are roughly three-fifths of the nearly $166 million issued through IEEPA.
