Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors installs officer, directors

The Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors installed its 2008 officers and directors Dec. 1 for terms beginning Jan. 1. Officers are President Janetta Cole of James River Realty in Cape Fair; President-elect Kathy Clark of Carol Jones, Realtors in Branson West; Secretary/ Treasurer Doug Lay of Murney Associates, Realtors in Branson; and Past President Nelda Lies of ERA Table Rock Realty in Branson.

The 2008 directors include Bill Blitch of Coldwell Banker HomeTeam Realty in Branson; Jeff Gerken of Gerken and Associates in Branson; Steve Mason of Branson Homes and Land in Branson; Jim Elder of Aux Arcs Real Estate in Kimberling City; Ralph Guminski of Lakeside Realty Services in Cape Fair; R. Layne Morrill of Shepherd of the Hills Real Estate in Kimberling City; Michelle Nordin of Kimberling Hills Real Estate in Kimberling City; Don Smith of Carol Jones, Realtors in Branson; and Mark Weisz of Weisz Commercial Realty in Hollister.

During its annual banquet, Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors named Aux Arcs Real Estate’s Elder as Realtor of the Year and ERA Table Rock Realty’s Catherine Hilliard as Rookie of the Year.
