Toyota is recalling roughly 73,000 hybrid vehicles, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.
The recall impacts certain 2023–25 Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid vehicles.
The vehicles in question may not make a loud enough sound while in reverse. That would make it harder for pedestrians to hear, increasing the risk of injury, according to Fox Business.
