Toshiba forecasts $4.5B annual loss

Toshiba expects a net loss of $4.5 billion this year after a massive accounting scandal.

During the first six months of the year, the company posted a net loss of $734 million.

The accounting scandal, which resulted in inflated profits, caused CEO Hisao Tanaka to resign in July.
