Evangel University President Robert Spence watches Walton Construction workers hoist the final steel beam onto the school’s new administration building. The school held a topping-off ceremony May 19 for Ralph M. Riggs Hall, named after the Assemblies of God general superintendent who pushed to establish Evangel. The three-level, 69,000-square-foot building will house offices for the president, five vice presidents and their support staff. The approximately $10 million project is slated for completion this fall.[[In-content Ad]]
