The 6 p.m. meeting will be at Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, 202 S. John Q. Hammons Parkway.
Springfield’s M-Dock classic rock band, made up of area professionals, will visit Tlaquepaque by official invitation, Sept. 13–19.
Anyone wishing to accompany the band is invited to do so for seven days and six nights. The cost is $1,550 for double occupancy and $1,850 for single occupancy.
The trip includes admission to M-Dock concerts and a Mexican/Ozarks cultural gala, six nights at a bed-and-breakfast inn, a welcome reception, tours and a Spanish for Tourists class before departure. The price also includes airfare and other transportation, hotel tips and a tax-deductible, one-year membership to Springfield Sister Cities Association.
