TKO Group, which owns WWE and UFC, is buying three sports-related businesses from Endeavor Group for $3.25 billion.
The businesses being acquired are Professional Bull Riders, On Location and IMG.
The all-stock deal will see Endeavor's ownership in TKO increase to 59% from 53%.
