Harland & Wolff, the 163-year-old shipbuilder that made the Titanic, announced that it is insolvent.
The U.K. shipbuilder plans to begin a restructuring effort in the coming days.
Company officials said its "core operations," including the Belfast shipyard that built the Titanic, would not be impacted by the proceedings.
