Project description: This structure for Tiny Fins Survival Swim LLC offers two different-sized pools with a viewing area for parents as well as offices and changing rooms. The focus is an environment that is conducive to helping small children learn to swim, project officials say. A playful design includes windows along the street side with colorful frames to represent bubbles and fluted blocks for a unique texture. Blue speckled floors join an interior mural with pops of paint color to reflect the company logo. Architect is Buf Studio LLC. Engineers are Own Inc., civil; Wells & Scaletty LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
