President Donald Trump today is scheduled to present the Presidential Medal of Freedom to pro golfer Tiger Woods.
Trump in a tweet cited Woods' "incredible Success & Comeback in Sports (Golf) and, more importantly, LIFE."
The Presidential Medal of Freedom is the highest honor for a civilian.
