A Lake of the Ozarks developer filed a tax increment financing application to help offset costs for a potential $80 million development in Joplin.
The developer, Arapaho LLC, is seeking the incentives to build the Boomtown Central Shopping Center.
Menards would be a tenant, as well as a movie theater and a Wobbly Boots BBQ.
