Project description: This upscale executive office complex is two stories with elevator access to the second floor. The Jacobean-style building will be divided into at least four office bays, said Donna Cleous, real estate broker for Carleton Realty, a Carleton & Co. subsidiary. Cleous said about 45 percent of the space has been preleased. Mettemeyer Engineering is the structural engineer, and Smith-Goth is the mechanical engineer.
