Thornbury Place Office Condominiums

Carleton & Co. LLC is the general contractor for Kensington Place Development Group LLC’s approximately $4 million, 18,000-square-foot executive office complex. ESB Architecture and Planning Inc. is the architect and Mettemeyer Engineering LLC and Smith-Goth Engineers Inc. are the engineers. The Jacobean-style, two-story building will have elevator access to the second floor. The structure is scheduled for completion this summer, and some of the space has been pre-leased.
