This is America's favorite national bank

A recall poll indicates America's favorite national bank is JPMorgan Chase.

Harris Poll, which conducts customer service surveys, said respondents chose the nation's biggest bank by assets.

JPMorgan Chase struggled in last year's survey, falling below Wells Fargo and Citigroup.
