A third woman came forward to accuse Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct.
In a statement published on Wednesday by her lawyer, Michael Avenatti, Julie Swetnick alleged Kavanaugh, in approximately 1982, "gang-raped" her during a party.
Kavanaugh, who has denied all allegations by the three women, is slated to attend a public hearing on Capitol Hill today to answer questions on the accusations.
