Theranos founder Elizabeth Holmes, who once was valued at $4.5 billion, hasn't been able to pay three of her attorneys.
The three attorneys, who have represented Holmes against a federal class-action lawsuit, said in federal court that Holmes hasn't paid them in more than a year.
The suit was brought on by Theranos patients who allege blood tests from the startup were inaccurate and caused them to undertake unnecessary medical costs.
