Project description: This pet-friendly 42-unit community will offer a variety of amenities along the newly developed Grant Avenue Parkway district. The development offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units that each include washer and dryer units, private balconies and walk-in closets, project officials say. Plans for the complex call for a dog park and incorporate landscaping to complement the parkway project, according to past reporting.
