Project description: Across the street from one another are companion projects, The Wayfarer in the Glade and the Wayfarer in the Dale apartments, under development for owner Wayne Morelock through HMNT Investments LLC. Each apartment complex will offer 42 units on roughly 1.5 acres. The developments will each have two three-story buildings with dog parks and landscaping to complement Grant Avenue Parkway, project officials say. Bedroom types range from studios to two-bedroom units. The project architect is H Design Group LLC, and engineers are Own Inc., civil; Pinnacle Design Consultants LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
