Project description: Led by developer DCS Alabama LLC, The Village at Brock’s Gap is launching a 70,000-square-foot second phase within the Hoover’s Trace Crossings community. The mixed-use expansion will integrate office, restaurant and retail space adjacent to the Hoover Met Complex to maintain a modern village aesthetic through high-end architectural finishes and walkable site design, according to design officials. The project aims to serve the rapidly growing residential corridor while integrating new commercial structures with the surrounding neighborhoods.
