In part two of our interview with Mary Beth O’Reilly, Founder and Chairman of Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, hear how she thinks more women should be in boardrooms and how it’s often difficult to find the balance between work and family. She discusses her children’s upbringing and how she and her husband insisted on instilling the value of hard work in them.
