In part two of our interview with Mary Beth O’Reilly, Founder and Chairman of Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, hear how she thinks more women should be in boardrooms and how it’s often difficult to find the balance between work and family. She discusses her children’s upbringing and how she and her husband insisted on instilling the value of hard work in them. She talks about how the family’s life changed when their company went public and how it forged the entire family’s commitment to philanthropy, not only leading to Mary Beth’s creation of BCFO but also to her children founding philanthropic organizations including Isabel’s House. She also gives advice to women entering the workforce and talks about what the future holds for her.
