Project description: The Montage at Hawk Ridge will be a master-planned rental community centered on outdoor living and shared amenities, including trails, lakes, gathering spaces and recreation areas, project officials say. Two facilities, The Townhomes and The Villas, introduce 168 residences ranging from one to two stories with private garages, two- or three-bedroom layouts and luxury finishes.
