The Mentors Project: Brian Fogle

MENTEE
Jordan Williams, a recent MBA graduate from University of Mississippi

OBJECTIVE
The Ole Miss MBA program has had a mentorship program for several years, and I’ve participated in most since they started.

HOW
Since hundreds of miles separate us, we meet via conference calls, emails and texts.

RESULTS
Well, first, she graduated this month! Now, she is job-hunting in New York City. A desirable job would be a success.

CHALLENGES
Distance primarily. Meshing schedules has been another.

BREAKTHROUGHS
It has been a very rewarding experience to me to see a student start with hesitancies, and grow and succeed throughout the year.
