Project description: The Meadows at Wicklow is designed as a 240-unit apartment community offering upscale living in a walkable, family-friendly neighborhood, according to construction officials. With a mix of studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans, the community also offers a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, dog park and walking trail. There will be seven open-breezeway, walk-up-style buildings with multiphase openings beginning in July 2026. The Meadows will join The Villages at Wicklow subdivision and The Castlewood Senior Living continuum of care community in a master-planned development by O’Reilly Development Co. LLC. Architect is H Design Group LLC, and engineers are Shaffer & Hines Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
