The Lockhart Building
The Casey Associates is the architect for the Lockhart Building at 2960 E. Battlefield, which will be completed by mid-November, according to Kent Smith of contractor company Kenmar Construction Inc. The 4,500-square-foot red brick building with plaster trim will house an office for marketing services and will cost about $374,000 to construct, Smith said. The new office building features an arched entryway with a vaulted ceiling and skylight.
