This project is a complete upgrading of the 1914 office building that is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places. The work includes a new central air conditioning system, sprinkler system, window restoration and upgrading, new entry doors and storefront windows, and restoration of the main lobby and corridors to their original marble and decorative ceramic tile finishes. Restroom renovations and other related upgrades to tenant spaces also are included.

In addition to being the building's owner, Allen Casey also is the project architect.
