Leasing agent Bob Huels of Commercial 1 Brokers in Branson said the building will be used primarily for commercial office space. The project has an estimated value of $2.5 million, according to the building permit on file with the city of Branson. The lender is Citizens Union State Bank of Branson.
The project is scheduled for completion by the end of the year.
