Project description: Developers of The Crossings at East Cherry say the multifamily apartment complex is designed for dog lovers. With 216 units completed over three phases, the development features a clubhouse, on-site dog groomer and pool. The Crossings’ project architect and mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineer is Buxton Kubik Dodd Design Collective. Anderson Engineering Inc. is the civil engineer, J&M Engineering LLC is the structural engineer, and Palmerton & Parrish Inc. is the geotechnical engineer.
