Project description: Plans for The Crescent Apartments call for 8,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space, with the rest of the development to contain 145 apartments ranging from studio to two-bedroom layouts with some offering additional work/office space. Planned amenities include a rooftop terrace, fitness center and co-working hub, as well as a coffee bar, heated lap pool and dog park, officials say. The project architect is H Design Group LLC, and engineers are Own Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
