Project description: With seating for more than 1,000, The Courageous Church is building a new campus in east Springfield. The preengineered metal building will have metal wall panels with floor-to-ceiling glass and distinctive perforated panels at the entrance, and the interior will have polished concrete floors, exposed steel columns and a coffee bar, as well as high-efficiency ventilation systems and energy-efficient lighting. The project architect is Hood-Rich Inc. Engineers are Own Inc., civil; Mettemeyer Engineering LLC, structural; and CJD Engineering LLC, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
