The Container Store has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
The company has roughly $230 million in debt and around $11.8 million in cash on hand.
The Container Store, which has 102 locations that are slated to remain open, has reached a deal to receive $40 million in fresh financing through the bankruptcy proceedings.
