Jack Henry & Associates Buildings 7, 8 and 9
This project for Jack Henry & Associates is a complex of three new buildings and a new lake on the company's 150-acre campus at 663 Highway 60 in Monett. Two of the buildings contain approximately 170,000 square feet of office, meeting and work space. The third building, which is 46,000 square feet, will house an executive briefing center, meeting rooms and a cafeteria for the entire campus.
Heather Hoerschgen and Ed Tims are the project architects, and the contractor is Killian Construction Company. The project is estimated to be complete in two years.
Jack Henry also has under way a 50,000-square-foot facility in Houston, Texas, a 60,000-square-foot facility in Lenexa, Kan., an 8,000-square-foot facility in Shawnee, Kan., and an additional building in Monett comprising 22,000-square-feet, all designed by The Casey Associates.
