Planned amenities include a coffee bar, conference area and community rooms on each level, with a walk-out basement level featuring a kitchen, lounge areas, cafe seating, fitness center and dog wash. Exterior amenities are a resort-style pool deck, grill area, basketball and pickleball court, covered parking and electric vehicle charging.
