The Advantage of Experience

Posted online

Table Rock Community Bank and First Community Bank of the Ozarks, who will soon join forces, are dedicated to building relationships. These locally owned banks have been serving the Ozarks since 1993. This community legacy empowers the team to respond quickly and make decisions based on local knowledge and experience.
These banks believe in an individualized approach, and they care about the well-being of their customers and each other. They strive for the best inside and outside the doors of their communities.
The Future of Community Banking
On December 9, the banks will merge under the name Table Rock Community Bank. As leaders in their respective markets, this merger will strengthen their position by offering additional services and enhanced technology while maintaining responsive, local decision making. Their customers will benefit from the combined expertise of both institutions.

Team Effort
CEO Charles Hachtel, along with Market Presidents Tim Anderson, Sean Calhoun, and Tyler Maggi, commend both teams for their support and cooperation as they work through the merger. The banks are committed to making the process smooth through teamwork and positivity.
“We are excited for this merger and to continue serving our markets as a locally owned bank.
Our team already has a culture of dedication to serving our customers, communities and each other. As we expand and grow, we will continue our culture of service,” said Hachtel.

Community Growth
In addition to the merger, Table Rock Community Bank has expanded its presence in the region over the past year. In late 2023, the Crane, Missouri, loan office became a full-service branch, providing more services to the local community. Earlier this year, they entered the Springfield market, a significant milestone aimed at providing greater convenience and accessibility to new and existing customers.
"We are thrilled to bring our services to Springfield, enhancing convenience for our growing customer base,” stated Maggi.

Community Involvement
As merger day approaches, Table Rock Community Bank’s focus remains on supporting businesses, personal relationships and the economic health of their communities. Executing the bank’s mission, vision and values is a team effort. Team members live, work and play in the communities they serve by engaging personally through local events, schools, churches and non-profits.
