Texwrap Packaging Systems is expanding its plant in the Missouri city of Washington.
The company is investing nearly $2.3 million and creating 35 jobs at the plant, which is about 50 miles west of St. Louis.
The expansion will increase capacity for shrink wrapping and bundling product lines.
