Flintco is the general contractor for this approximately 7,000-square-foot restaurant, which will seat 287. Design work is by Design Plus of Louisville, Ky. The estimated construction cost is $1.2 million, and the eatery is scheduled for completion Dec. 1. Texas Roadhouse, based in Louisville, has more than 200 restaurants in 39 states, with plans to open several new locations this year.
