Texas hospital plans $277.5M expansion

A Texas hospital is expanding to the tune of $277.5 million.

The expansion to Memorial Hermann Cypress Hospital is slated to add 58 beds and 347,000 square feet of new and renovated service areas. The project includes a six-story patient tower, and it's expected to be completed by 2027. 

The city of Cypress is located outside of Houston.
