Bellaire, Texas-based Fidelis Realty Partners has purchased its second Kansas City-area shopping center in as many years.
The company recently acquired Adams Dairy Landing in Blue Springs. Fidelis reportedly secured a $27.9 million loan for the transaction.
Fidelis in 2022 bought Ward Parkway Shopping Center in south Kansas City for $62.9 million.
