Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton launched an investigation into Lululemon over potentially harmful chemicals in its products.
Paxton’s office said in a news release that it is investigating whether Lululemon "has misled consumers about the safety, quality and health impacts of its products.”
The investigation will look into whether the products have so-called forever chemicals.
Lululemon officials said the company has not used PFAS, often referred to as forever chemicals, in its products since phasing them out in fiscal 2023.
