Tesla has filed suit against former employee Zhongjie “Jay” Li, who worked as an engineer on the company's Optimus humanoid robot initiative.
Li is accused in the lawsuit of allegedly stealing trade secrets and founding a rival firm, called Proception Inc., days later.
The suit was filed this week in San Francisco federal court.
