Two former Tesla employees filed suit against the company over recent layoffs.
The suit alleges the company failed to provide advance notice of the job cuts. The suit indicates more than 500 employees were terminated at a plant in Sparks, Nevada, in June.
The lawsuit alleges Tesla failed to adhere to federal laws on mass layoffs. The suit specifically cites the 60-day notification period under the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act.
