Tesla Inc. posted its largest third-quarter loss yet of $619 million.
Company officials also confirmed they missed Model 3 production goals during the quarter. The company produced 260 vehicles, compared with an earlier estimate of 1,500.
Tesla delivered 26,150 vehicles in the third quarter, a 4.5 percent increase from a year earlier.
