Tesla posts 5th consecutive quarter of profits

Electric car maker Tesla posted its fifth consecutive quarter of profits.

Net income was $331 million on revenue of $8.8 billion.

Adjusted earnings per share came to 76 cents, beating the 57 cents expected by analysts.
