Tesla issues recall for 53K cars

Tesla issued a voluntary recall of more than 53,000 cars.

The recall affects Model S and Model X models over a potential parking brake problem.

The problem affects cars built between February and October of 2016. Tesla claims only 5 percent of cars built then actually have the problem.
