Tesla fires back at reports of safety flaws

Answering to reports of suspension defects in its Model S sedan, Tesla Motors Inc. (Nasdaq: TSLA) Friday posted a blog claiming there are no problems with the vehicle.
 
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Thursday said it would examine the flaw that reportedly causes drivers to lose control of the vehicle.
 
In the blog post, Tesla also negated the claim it asks vehicle owners to sign nondisclosure agreements in order to skirt complaints made to safety regulators, according to CNNMoney.
 
The NHTSA said it was investigating reports the San Carlos, Calif.-based automaker asks owners to sign NDAs before it will pay for vehicle repairs.
