Tesla announced yesterday plans to acquire Grohmann Engineering, a German automated manufacturing company.
Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
The company slated to become Tesla Grohmann Automation would allow Tesla to improve its manufacturing capabilities as it seeks to build 500,000 vehicles annually from 100,000 now.
