This 123-acre, large-lot subdivision in rural Christian County features 24 lots ranging in size from three acres to 5.7 acres. The streets are standard county chip-and-seal with side ditches for stormwater conveyance. Water is provided by three "family wells" that are being installed by the developer. Sanitary wastewater is handled via conventional individual septic systems. The layout of this development accentuates the natural geography of the land and blends well with adjacent areas.
The natural bluffs and streams are part of its country appeal. A walking trail along the bluff adds the final touch to this development.
