Tennessee making community college free

Tennessee lawmakers this week passed legislation to make community college free for all adults.

Gov. Bill Haslam is expected to sign the bill into law.

The legislation expands on a 2014 program that made tuition and fees free for recent high school graduates enrolled in a community college or technical school.
