Chinese technology giant Tencent is investing $1.25 billion into a new gaming subsidiary launched by Ubisoft.
The subsidiary would focus on Ubisoft's top brands such as Assassin's Creed and Far Cry.
The news follows the recent release of Assassin's Creed Shadows.
